RUN365

1. the organiser of RUN365 is the SwissCityMarathon Association, Würzenbachstrasse 13, 6006 Lucerne

2 Participants start individually and run individually on the course.

3. we consider consideration for walkers to be a matter of course. Aids such as bicycles, inline skates and scooters are not permitted. Shortcuts are not permitted. Anyone who does not complete the course according to the course plan will be disqualified. The organiser's technical management will make the final decision on disqualifications.

4. participants may only start the race if they are in good health. Anyone who feels ill or feverish in the last few days before the run should refrain from taking part. You take part in RUN365 at your own risk and on your own responsibility. The organiser accepts no responsibility in the event of accidents or illness. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The organiser declines all liability towards spectators and third parties.

5. the net running time, i.e. the actual time run between the start and finish, will be measured and published. The time is measured with the RACE RESULT HuTag or via smartphone (QR code).

6. the organiser may hold competitions in consultation with sponsors. The winners will be notified in writing. No entitlement to cash payment of prizes. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.

7. the protection of personal data is our top priority. By registering, participants agree that their address data may be sent to the organiser and used for targeted addresses in connection with RUN365. If you do not agree to this, you must inform us in writing by post or e-mail before you take part. Further information on our privacy policy can be found here.

8. by registering, participants consent to the publication of their surname, first name, year of birth, place of residence, start number and performance in the start and ranking list.

9) RUN365 is available to all registered users. Registration is free of charge (QR code). We reserve the right to charge a fee for future premium services of RUN365 (as we have implemented with the timing chip/HuTags).

10. if you participate with a chip and have a subscription, participation in RUN365 is included for one year. After one year, we will issue an invoice for the extension of the rental period of the timing chip/Hu-Tag. Without payment, the membership will expire after 30 days and the timing chip/HuTag will be temporarily blocked.

11. if you wish to cancel your RUN365 account, you can terminate your membership prematurely by sending an email to info@swisscitymarathon.ch.

12. if RUN365 cannot be held or can only be held in part due to force majeure or official orders, there is no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee or rental fee.

13 SwissCityMarathon reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time without giving reasons.

14. the organiser decides on the interpretation of the regulations. The organiser reserves the right to make changes. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.
