RunLucerne Club

1 The RunLucerne Club is a product of the SwissCityMarathon - Lucerne association (organiser). The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the legal relationship between the organiser and the person registering (RunLucerne Club member, hereinafter referred to as member).

2 The Organiser offers different categories. The offer is based on the paid category or, in the case of LIFETIME membership, on the 10th finish over the marathon distance in Lucerne.

3 By registering for the RunLucerne Club of the SwissCityMarathon - Lucerne Association, the person registering agrees to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the following appendices without exception. These also apply to the registration of other or additional persons (third parties).
The organiser assumes that these third parties have given the registering person authorisation to register. If minors are registered by third parties, the organiser assumes that the legal representatives have given their consent.

4 Registration takes place exclusively online in the process for registering for an event organised by the SwissCityMarathon - Lucerne association. Registrations without receipt of payment of the fee within 10 days will not be accepted. The membership fee will be debited directly during the registration process.

5 Membership is personal and non-transferable.

6 Club membership with all benefits begins on the date of registration and is always valid for one year (365 days). Before expiry, an automatic invoice will be issued for the same category for the following year. If this is not paid within 30 days, the membership with all benefits expires. Cancellation of the contract is expressly excluded.

7. an online voucher for a RunLucerne event to the value of the amount paid minus a processing fee will be issued for registrations made twice in error. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.

8 The organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from the club at any time and without refunding the amount paid. For example, if they have either provided false personal data when registering or do not adhere to the rules and regulations set out at the club events (including RunLucerne Events and SwissCityMarathon - Lucerne).

9 The organiser may set a membership limit. If this limit is reached, registrations received after this date can no longer be considered. Registrations will be registered after receipt of payment.

10. the use of personal data is regulated in the applicable data protection declaration. Members undertake to only make the personal data of third parties available to the Organiser if they, or their legal representatives, are aware of the applicable data protection declaration and are authorised to do so under applicable data protection law. The organiser may ask the members at any time to provide proof of the existence of these conditions - in particular the consent of the third parties - within a specified period and may otherwise withdraw from all contracts without further ado.

11. photos and film recordings made in connection with our events may be used on TV, the Internet, in advertising material, magazines and books without any claim to remuneration.

12. the organiser may adjust the range of services at any time and without prior notice. There is no entitlement to reimbursement in the event of a reduction in services.

13. events are organised in accordance with the GTCs and competition regulationsof the respective event.

14. any refunds (cancellation protection) for the PREMIUM membership category will be made directly via the office.

15. the participant undertakes to comply with the general health- and safety regulations unconditionally and to comply with the general Code of Conduct to follow the general code of conduct.

16 The organiser and its partners accept no liability for risks of any kind, in particular those of a health nature. It is the responsibility of the member to take out insurance.

17. the organiser accepts no liability for items stored free of charge or for the loss of effects, valuables and cash,
