- How do I get there?
Arrival at the SwissCityMarathon by public transport is highly recommended! The organiser does not offer parking space for private vehicles.
The SBB and the Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern (vbl) as partner of the SwissCityMarathon bring participants safely and comfortably to the start and finish areas and to the running course.

- What is the SwissRunners-Ticket?
The SwissRunners-Ticket is your ticket for free travel by public transport from the swiss boarder to Lucerne.

- How do I benefit from the SwissRunners-Ticket?
All participants benefit from free public transport (2nd class) from their place of residence within switzerland, the airport or the swiss border to the venue and back via the GA area routes.
Approximately 10 days before the event, registered runners will receive the official starting card with two personal promocodes by e-mail. On the SBB website you can buy one ticket for arriving and one for returning. www.sbb.ch/swissrunners

- What are the options for obtaining the starter package?
When registering, you can choose between "Pickup" and "Shipping". Shipping is only possible for persons within Switzerland.
Persons who register after 15.10.2021, must come to pick up the starting documents in Lucerne in any case.
- When will the start packages be sent out?
The start packages will be sent by mail from 15.10.2021. The affected runners will receive a tracking code together with their start card by e-mail.
*Information is only valid for those who have chosen the option "shipping".
- What if I don't receive my starter package?
If you do not receive your start package by mail by 10/25/2021. You must contact our office by phone.

- When and where can I pick up my starting documents?
The starting documents can be picked up at the race number distribution at the Hotel Schweizerhof.
This is open as follows:
- Thursday, 28.10.2021 16.00 to 20.00 hrs
- Friday, 29.10.2021 16.00 to 20.00 o'clock
- Saturday, 30.10.2021 10.00 to 17.00 hrs
There will be no start package pickup on Sunday.

- What do I have to do if I can't come to the start number distribution myself?
It is possible to give a copy of the start card to a friend. Then this person can pick up your start documents.

- My ordered finisher shirt does not fit me, can I exchange it?
Yes, a finisher shirt exchange market has been set up. Look for a suitable offer or place an ad yourself.
