Do you have a team of running enthusiasts and want to organise an unforgettable team experience? Then the SwissCityMarathon - Lucerne offers you exactly the right starting opportunity for your team, your company or your running group.

You can register as a group with as few as 5 runners and will be categorised in the team ranking.

online registration

Group registration
  • Appoints a group admin.
  • The group admin creates a one-off group login
  • The group members can a) register independently using the self-registration link or b) be registered via the group admin .
  • The invoice for the entry fees will be sent to the group admin on 12 October as a total invoice.
  • The group admin can make changes to the registration up to this date.
  • After this date, the group will be automatically finalised and you will be invoiced for the registrations.
  • Groupsof 5 people or more will also be counted in the team ranking for the respective distance.
Team sizes and team ranking

Group registration is possible from a total of 5 runners, regardless of the distance.

The team classification is automatic from 5 runners per distance (marathon 42KM, half marathon 21KM and CityRun 10KM). The five best running times (per distance) are added together to form the team result. The other team members count as part of the same team and are also listed.

Individuals in a team: Individuals who register individually can also be part of a team ranking. The prerequisite for this is that the team name is written in the same way in the "Team ranking" field when registering individually.

Would you and your team like to be recognised as such on the course of the SwissCityMarathon? Our Official Partner Salomon will be happy to kit out your team in uniform. The GO-IN Sportshop is your partner for order processing and print design.

Team meeting point at the team tent

Would you like to have a personal and exclusive place for your team directly at the start/finish area where you can meet before and after the race? Then we can offer you the perfect option with the team tent hire and organise everything for you. The tent hire includes

  • 5x5m tent
  • lighting
  • 1 set of benches
  • Labelling with company / team name on the outside of the tent (entrance)
  • Costs: CHF 1000.-
