A good preparation is basic for a successful run. In connection with the SwissCityMarathon – Lucerne we offer numerous training opportunities with partners. Below you will find an overview of our own offers and those of our partners.

Official Sunday Training 21K
On Sunday, October 2, 2022 there is the possibility to run the original course (half marathon distance) of the SwissCityMarathon together with our pacemakers.
Meeting point: 6.30 a.m. in front of the Swiss Museum of Transport.

Strength training course for athletes
Strength training for athletes is very important for a clean and economical sequence of movements as well as for the avoidance of overloading the postural and locomotor system. Therefore the training centre MTC Pieter Keulen AG in Emmenbrücke and Hochdorf offers great possibilities for training!

Then this is the place for you!
Training time: every Tuesday, 19:00 hrs
Meeting point: Kanti Rothen, car park (near the gym)
Additionally in winter: Pleasure jogger every Thursday at 08:30 (on request, 079 241 35 93)
