In addition to the sporting aspects, our events should bring joy and fun to all participants. Therefore, we follow the recommendations of experts and the protection regulations of Swiss Athletics (www.swiss-running.ch) for maximum running distances and young runners:

We recommend that youth participants first run these distances in the company of a family member and focus on the fun, the activity and the accomplishment of the distance, not on the time or the competition. Participants of all age groups are subject to the competition rules, the racing procedures and the code of conduct.
