A non-participation of a participant or the cancellation of the event for reasons of force majeure are basically both regulated in the official rules. In this extraordinary situation 2020 it is in our interest to offer a fair solution all the runners.
The event 2020 has been cancelled - as already registered runner you can choose from the following four options :
- Free start 2021
You will be added to the starting list of the same distance for the SwissCityMarathon - Lucerne from 31.10.2021, for free.
- Donation
You donate your entry fee for the event. Thus you waive the refund and support the organisation of the SwissCityMarathon - Lucerne. Thank you very much for your solidarity and support!
- Voucher
You will receive an online vouchercode for the SwissCityMarathon - Lucerne minus CHF 10.00 processing fee, valid for 3 years until one day before the SwissCityMarathon 2023.
- Reimbursement
We will transfer you back your participation fee minus CHF 20.00 for our expenses and bank charges.
