We are currently receiving several reports of fraudulent sales of race places via Strava and other platforms. In these cases , supposed race places are being offered in groups or via private messages. However, once payment has been made, the people affected do not receive a valid race place.
Only buy starting places from people listed on our official start list . This way, you can check whether the seller is actually registered. Be particularly cautious if pressure is applied to make a quick decision or if immediate payment is demanded. Suspicious offers should be reported directly to the platform. If you are unsure whether an offer is genuine, please contact us directly by email.
The safest way to secure a starting place is via our official waiting list or, from August onwards, via the official starting place exchange.
For transfers, ONLY use the designated procedure via TrackMaxx. The transfer of the starting place is only valid if the process is carried out via TrackMaxx.
