Tips for buying the SwissRunners ticket
- You can arrive a maximum of 3 days before (Thu) and return a maximum of 2 days after the event (Tue)
- In your StarterGuide, which you will receive around 10 days before the event, there will be a direct link to the webshop. There you can copy in your coupon codes and redeem them.
- Please note that your codes can only be redeemed at the ticket counter and online. It is not yet possible to redeem them in the SBB Mobile app.
- Select your desired travel route (from your place of residence to the event location “Luzern Verkehrshaus” or “Horw, Bahnhof”) on the desired date and at the preferred time.
- If you are given a choice of possible ticket options, please make sure you select the Point-to-Point Ticket. Please note: If you select the supersaver ticket, this is only valid on the selected connection at the specified time (not for the whole day).
- If you are only traveling within the Passepartout fare network, the respective fare regulations apply. You can see whether you are traveling within the network by looking at the information below the route you have entered. Regional tickets are limited in time. For more flexibility, we recommend changing the travel option to “Day Pass”. In this case, you will no longer need another ticket for the return journey.
- We recommend copying the coupons from the registration confirmation at the end of the “Purchase process” in the SBB Shop and not typing them in manually.
- Please complete the purchase process when you enter the voucher for the first time, otherwise it will expire.
