  • Starting times CityRun 10K

When registering, you choose an individual start slot according to availability. The starting slots are not divided according to performance. The distribution of runners on the course is even, so that in each start slot are the same conditions and it does not matter for your own performance in which start slot you start. There are no pacemakers in the CityRun 10K.

To qualify in the performance slot (start 12.58 p.m.), proof of an official result in the last three years is required.

Course

The start of the CityRun 10K is in the centre of Horw on Ringstrasse. After a starting loop, the run leads through the middle of the festival and cheering zone from Horw towards Lucerne. On the way there, the route leads through the modern soccer stadium of FC Lucerne – a few metres from the players' benches.
